Hi!  I'm Deena Russo and I am a personal trainer with over 14 years experience in creating custom designed fitness plans for any body type.

Your body is unique and your workouts with me will be uniquely designed for you and your goals.  My training style emphasizes core training techniques with an integrated whole-body approach designed to lengthen and shape the body without adding muscle bulk.
